Rent Luxury Cars
A booking platform for a high-end car rental fleet — built around a frictionless quote-to-keys flow with integrated payments, driver verification, and an ops dashboard.
The team needed to replace a fragmented WhatsApp + spreadsheet workflow with a real product. The goal: take a fleet of 40+ luxury vehicles online without losing the white-glove handover the brand was known for.
Discovery
Two weeks of conversations with the operations team uncovered the actual bottleneck — not bookings, but the manual back-and-forth around driver verification and delivery scheduling. The build prioritised those flows first.
Build
A Next.js storefront with server-rendered vehicle pages for SEO, paired with a typed booking API. Stripe handles deposit and final payment; an internal admin app handles fleet availability, document review, and driver dispatch.
Outcomes
Time-to-confirmed-booking dropped from hours to under five minutes. The ops team now manages 3× the inventory without adding headcount, and weekend bookings — previously lost to slow replies — became the largest revenue segment.
