File Pioneer
A privacy-first file conversion web app — images are converted in the browser and never touch a server unless the user chooses to share them.
Most online converters ask you to upload a file to a stranger's server. File Pioneer inverts that: conversion runs client-side, so the file stays on the user's machine by default. Uploading only happens when a user deliberately creates a share link.
Client-side conversion
The conversion pipeline runs entirely in the browser, supporting 44 input formats and 19 output targets — JPG, PNG, WEBP, AVIF, TIFF, PDF, PSD and more. Nothing is transmitted, so conversions stay fast even on large files and work with no network round-trip.

Accounts & dashboard
A lightweight account layer tracks daily usage against the free plan's 20-conversion allowance, keeps a searchable history of recent conversions, and manages active share links from a single overview screen.
Sharing, on purpose
Sharing is an explicit action rather than a side effect. When a user opts in, the file is uploaded and a managed link is created — one that can be revoked from the Shares tab at any time.
